This is the absolute first draft of Mutts In The Sky, slightly incomplete as art is still being worked on and there is a lot of formatting and fluff to be added but this is roughly the complete rules. There may be later iterations where rules may be added, removed, or clarifications will be expanded. Please feel free to comment as editing continues to be done on this system.
